The answer to this is relative. ALL teams play hard and physical and will do anything to try and win. Every true fan thinks every call against them is a bad call and every call for them was overdue. The Suns play just as dirty as any other team, not just the Spurs. In the history of the game the losing team has always looked less physical and probably were hence the losses.

The Spurs are physical. The Suns just don't like physical play. In last year's playoffs they complained about the Lakers' physical play, then complained again when they played the Mavs. This year they did the same with the Spurs. The Spurs are as dirty as all the other teams in the league.
