Missed the View today! I was wondering if Barbara or Elizabeth said anything about Rosie's early departure due to her fight with Elizabeth. I would love to hear if anyone watched the show. Thank you!

Barbara was very sugar-coated, syrupy sweet saying Rosie chose to leave before her contract ended and she understood and she's welcome back anytime and she wished her the best, etc. Then she went on to say how every cohost whoever left had gone on to have a good career - Meredith, Lisa Ling, Star - even Debbie (who was fired). Then Elisabeth said she & Rosie emailed over the weekend and they're working on getting over hurt feelings and being friends again.

I didn't watch it yet today however, in regards to what the one answer says about Elizabeth and Rosie speaking this weekend is inaccurate and I don't know why E is saying this on the show. According to Rosie's video blog that I watched this weekend it states that yes, E did call Rosie's house but that she spoke with Kelli for a while. Rosie and E exchanged an email but nothing of great lengths. Rosie said she had not spoken to E and that she thought it was better that way. I think E is putting on a good face for tv.

It was so sickeningly sweet I had to test my sugar on the meter. Barbara covered all the bases smoothing everything over as only she can do. A little Walters goes a long way with me. It was awful. They can take that show and shove it where the sun don't shine, and take the air head blonde along with it. She was telling one lie after another about contacting and making nice with Rosie. According to Rosie's blog, that didn't happen. And I believe Rosie. The show will be gun shy from now on and the ratings are gonna tank soon enough unless they get some spunk back in there. Trust me on that.

Elizabeth kind of lied about the contact she's had with Rosie. She actually talked to Kellie. The only contact she had with Rosie was via ONE email. I thought it was really funny when that guy (can't think of his name) gave Elizabeth a black marker and told her it was her birthday present. I don't think she liked that too much. :)

The few circumstances that i've got been uncovered to it, i've got continuously theory that it became right into a set of gabby women human beings, attempting to out yell one yet another. removing Rosie, will a minimum of supply them a wreck from having to hearken to her own schedule.

yes, she talked about it in length, Barbara, said they will remain friends forever and she is welcomed back anytime, and Elizabeth said they talked over the week-end, and sorry's were said, and she wishes Rosie well

Yeah, they talked about it for a couple of minutes but she said it was more about the "split-screen" than it was about the fight itself. Blah blah blah, I'm glad she's gone.
