I like both the names. They are a bit masculine, which can be sweet for a girl. I would think about the meaning of the names as well. Studies have shown that people do act differently towards people based on their names and some names make leaders, etc.
Harper- one who plays the harp
Hunter- one who hunts
Personally, I like the name Hunter, but couldn't give it to my child as it is against what I believe in....
Just some food for thought.

Just make sure they don't sound too much alike. As a twin, let me tell you, we're especially sensitive to our individuality. And if our parents give us matching or rhyming names...well...that might be a point of resentment further on down the line. Just keep that in consideration...be nice to your future baby girls!
