When did that take place? London did more to uncivilized the world than it did to make it civilized. Scalping was an English idea. what is civilized about that? England spread the lies about GOD too: that not civilized now is it!

because really in this world there is only a small population of "civilized" people, so the rest of the incredibly large uncivilized world, the US is the capital of, and then there's Texas......
