I'm gonna have to go with the poop. While the hot coals would burn me and the glass would slice me; at least the poop wouldn't harm me(other than the lovely fragrance) and plus, I'd probably like the feel of it squishing between my toes.

Broken glass, because it's no problem whatsoever. I've been barefoot for ten years, including at the train station (there's often glass on the ground there) and at the recycling center. I never divert my step no matter how much glass is on the ground, at the train station I frequently run (I'm not a morning person :)), and I get a tiny splinter maybe once a year, never had a cut. Glass is NOT dangerous when you regularly go barefoot and have thick skin!

Poop because you can wash it off.
Not coals because it's hurts like hell and you will have burns on your feet for life.
Not broken glass because it hurts, will be bloody and the cuts may not heal.

poop because you can always wash it off. Plus broken glass would hurt like crap and burning coals could make you feet permanently sore of burn marks.
