Who's extradition from the U.S to Venezuela, to start a trial charging him with crimes against humanity, has been refused by the U.S Government.

First off you are assuming that the United States is a Country of its word. It has been proven to not be time and time again.

Its pretty easy here to understand why theU.S. Government won't extradite him because he acted Against Cuba and well we don't have a good relationship with Cuba so we don't care about that terrorism just the terrorism that afffects the U.S. and its allies

First off, never trust the information on 'wikipedia'. It is a website where people can write in information whether right or wrong.

Second, he was in contact with the CIA/FBI agents in Venezuela. So, he was probably working for the US government. And if so, there was probably a reason these acts were committed.

Tony Teezy summed it up.

Why would a country be trusted when people like Clinton would lie to the world about his relationship with Monica Lewinsky?

Response:

I never said the actions were acceptable.

I agree with you, any terrorist attack that is committed is not right. This man should pay for his actions. I was simply responding to your question.

America has a history of harbouring and protecting terrorists and people guilty of war crimes. Many German Nazis were given sanction in the US following WW-2 because the Nazis were anti-communist. Similarly with other 'fascists' war criminals from other countries especially those from eastern Europe.
The US has always protected right-wing dictators and their colleagues who worked closely with the US.

What does the world think of the people in America who have to live with all those exiled prisoners? Why has America become the dumping ground for your criminals? Already the prisons wreak with their vile, penetrating the walls like an unseen smoke from a dragons mouth for our youth to breath in through the news on television, on the Internet and newspaper even the streets are full of their vile.and our own children must pay with their own lives in jail because they all breath, the air they have been given by others to live by.

I don't really know but in researching my answer it looks like he has had CIA ties in the past so maybe that is what is helping him to stay here.
