No, my parents are very good-looking.

Tacky but true; beauty is in the eye of the beholder. On the other hand, the black&white pictures of my mother from the 70's are gorgeous enough to make so many modeling agencies to stalk her right&left... But she chose her career for being extremely rational as well as one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen in my life and I don't think I am nearly as attractive...
However, if you must ask whether if her outer beauty is consistent with her inner beauty I'd have to say no; altough she says she regrets being hurtful and abusive for not knowing how to raise a child properly and for not knowing what kind of damage it added up to...
Couple of years ago, after I had recovered from multiple facial fractures (and undergone facial reconstructive surgery not a direct result of my mother's abusive behaviour) my grandmother sat me down and told me the beauty within my mind had such strong reflection on my face and that my eyes, my skin, my words were all emanating with such seemless perfection. (I'm average looking and never had received a better compliment than the one my grammy gave me that day; not going to count in all the silly pick-up lines that certain cheese balls enjoy throwing at me on and off but this was truly uplifting ;))
