I have been getting that quite a bit and it's causing some issues...I'm wondering how well my birth control is working...but Melissa's response from above helped me out and I will be bringing that up to my GYN soon.

yes this does happen sometimes even in the begin you get a brownish discharge it sound nastier than it is you will see and go through a lot of different things as you get older.

Brown means old blood, so it's probably left over from your period. If it was in the middle of your cycle, and you weren't pregnant, then it could be from low progesterone levels and you would need to see your OB about that, as it could cause problems later.

Yes,spotting browish after your period is normal.

I get that sometimes too! I dont think its a serious thing... I think its something a lot of girls get either before they start their period & even after its done! I wouldnt be worried. if you are worriied, check with your dr!
