How likely would it be for carbon monoxide buildup to be ignited by a car engine?? What temperature does it combust?? Will it only explode if it touches an open flame?

CO's autoignition temperature is 609 deg C. This temperature is too high and it's concentration in exhaust too low for this to happen.
