I am a hopeful screenwriter, but I am best at writing storylines/plots rather than actual scripts. Any info?

Yes but its a lot harder. You can sell Pitches witch would be basic storylines or plots.

Learn the craft of screenwriting or become a producer; because screenwriters write.

Heckkkk no dude dont even pitch it without documentation... anything that isnt copywritted, recorded or on paper could defintely be stolen and the studios wont even no your name, next thing you know some B-List screenwriter gets an Academy Award for YOUR dream lol..that wuld suck.
