Base on normal gaussian distribution the 'dim' brain generates 34.5 W
bright brain generates 38.5 W
Surprisingly the amount of lumen was statistically identical in both cases.

I would say at least 95% it equates to a 15 watt bulb, but no one would know how to screw it in
