i acidentally drove my car into the ocean and this gut keeps telling me to get your car and ill open the gates what should i do?

Restart the level or load an earlier checkpoint - alternatively, search on the internet to see if you can find a car spawning cheat!!! Otherwise look around to see if there is another car around anywhere - respawned perhaps. Your easiest bet is to load an earlier game or restart the level though...

Reload a previous save before you drove you car into the ocean. Start game. Click on "Load Game" click on a window that shows a screen shot before you went into the ocean. Problem solved. Hope that helps.
