If you're talking **** about somebody else, who's harassing whom?

People talk all kinds of crap to each other online. I guess it could be considered harrassment... but I doubt the police will do anything sense that statement is more or less an everyday statement.

No, it would not be considered harassment, but I would stop talking about that person, seams like its not worth it.

"Or you will regret it" is pretty vague. It could mean that you will beat the crap out of someone. It could mean that you will call the police. I don't think much could be done about that statement.

I'm not sure about harassment, but it's certainly a threat.
