what can i do about rabbits eating my banana trees ?

You can put a fence up around them. Or you could set a pet friendly trap to catch them in and release them far away from your home. Rabbits are a nuisance this time of the year.

Pet rabbits ? Get a hutch. Wild rabbits ? Shoot them.

put some kind of fence around it, like chicken wire, so they can't get to the trees.
