I have found that drinking lots of water the night you're drinking helps!

Before you go out, while you're out and before your go to bed!

When you're drinking alcohol, you become dehydrated...The booze is pushing the water outta your system to make place for it's self. (ever notice how much people need to go to the bathroom while drinking?)

Water, water and more water.

Vampire Skunk says: There is only one real cure for a hangover. A hair from the tail of the skunk that bit you. In other words, another drink. It cures the hangover. Doesn't do your liver a lot of good...

Drink lots of water, at least twice the amount of water to alcohol.

Take some vitamin C.

If you can stomach it, bananas help to replenish many essential salts.

Take some sugar; alcohol lowers your blood sugar levels.

Take some pain relief tablets. Avoid aspirin as the alcohol has probably already made your stomach lining rather sensitive.

Sleep. A few hours of it can work miracles. Don't drive until you have fully recovered. Just because you've slept after a drinking session doesn't mean you're sober. Nothing can speed alcohol out of the body so don't kid yourself that a strong coffee will do it (it's more likely just to help replenish a little fluid).

The only thing that will cure a hangover is time. After your body gets rid of all the booze, you will finally feel better. Sorry.

lots of water!!! since alcohol dehydrates you and stay away from sugar until you feel better, because alcohol is sugar and you body probably doesn't want anymore for awhile....works for me...oh one more thing, get up and do something, go golfing, walk or anything that raises your metabolism. sitting around will prolong the hangover. enjoy. ;)

Glass of water before you go to bed. Then in the morning a glass of COLD BUTTERMILK followed by a glass of water.
Works everytime. It's actually an old european thing and you know how much they drink :)
