As you sit in a plane at the end of the runway, the aircraft controller is speaking to the aircraft on final approach of the same runway you're on just before giving your pilot the go ahead?
Less than 30 seconds after your plane leaves the ground, another plane lands exactely where you were sitting and waiting. This happens every day for over 12 hours.

A bit! You must be flying Northworst! Our plane had to veer off the runway right during takeoff because another bigger plane was there. Yeah, we're never flying Northworst again.

Yes thats one of the many reasons I hate flying reguardless of how convienient it could be.

yea, that's how it is on busy airports...sometimes they have planes landing on parallel runways at the same time

i was freaked out once cuz i saw a cow falling from the sky im like wdf and im like ooooooooooooo a tornado just ended no wonder lol
