Breast of Chicken stuffed with Bourson Cheese, Garlic, Sage and Mushrooms wrapped in foil and slow cooked for an hour. To be served with finely sliced potatoes, Apple, Onions and Sweet Potato covered in Sour Cream these to be layered and cooked at the same time as the Chicken. Are you inviting yourself to sample it?

Searingly hot but flavourful chilli con carne, homemade guacamole, followed by extra dark chocolate melted onto french bread toast (sprinkled with a little coarse sea salt and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil)

Sunday roast, I do roast potatoes you would die for, just ask my kids and they ain't kids no more. Mind you they don't wash the dishes either, so perhaps that's why they come? Oh!
