Customer support and internet resources aren't cutting it for me. I hook up the connection as described, but when faucet is turned on, water leaks out of the connection. I've tried different seals to no avail. How can I get the facet connection to stop leaking? Link to User's Manual: http://www.homedepot.com/catalog/pdfImage/86f03a6a-46c7-4044-9a81-e3ee9aaf696b.pdf

thread sealing tape
the thicker the better I guess

you can find it at homedepot too.

you wrap it around the threads a few times and then screw on your hose.

Just guessing here though.

If it's under warranty I would go that route. However, you could just cut the hose off and get a hose barb fitting from McMaster Carr that connects to your faucet.

You may have overtightened the connection. Try backing it off a bit.
