Unfortunately, emails like that are the price of *having an email address*. Purge them. Don't open them! Never never never reply to them! They are scams, and they may bear spyware. The best you can do is "train" your email software to nab them and treat them as spam. However, spammers know how to get around spam filters, so you'll almost certainly keep receiving them, forever and ever, world without end, so just get used to it.
As a matter of interest, Google's gmail does an amazingly good job (I don't know how they do it, though...) of fetching this sort of stuff and automatically shoving it into the spam folder without any effort or training on the user's part...

terrific way precise off the bat is to not even open the e mail. in case you notice a difficulty line like that, in basic terms course it to unsolicited mail so Yahoo could make an assertion of the handle from which it got here. whether it quite is Bulk mail already, delete it. without an answer, sometimes they drop your handle. yet be relax certain you will in no way do away with them completely.

If you reply to their crap emails, then they pass your email address around, then you get more mail, delete them.
