I noticed one of my guppies were missing today i have taken all the deco oout and looked on gravel about 4 times and cant find him, Iv checked the filter not that he could have been sucked in, And i cant find him, Where is he ? It is an all guppie tank

Look carefully around on the floor, it's amazing how far from the tank an jumper can end up. It's also possible that the other fish ate him, but unless you haven't sen him in over a day it's doubtful they could have completely eaten him with nothing left.

I agree with mm, check all around the tank and behind it. One night I heard a plop and I got up and checked on my fish and sure enough, my guppy had jumped out and was a good ft away from the tank. Luckily, he wasn't out too long and survived. There also is the possibilty he died and the other guppies ate him.
Sorry about your fishy, hope ya find him?
Also, do you have any cats that went fishing? :( I believe that was the fate of my danio, one day he was there, next he was gone. And it was after we got a kitten. :(

Survival of the fittest, they other guppies ate him, because they all want to live, to targeting the weak defenseless one will therefore, be the cause of being missing.

The other guppies eat him... No joke they do that if it is injured or sick....
