Keep in mind that, when I answer this, I heard this on one of those rare occasions that I sat down and watched the Tyra Banks Show.

According to that episode, the women's health expert said that it's not only good, but it's a great idea to wear a bra when you sleep. Apparently, women who wear bras on a continuous basis have only a slim chance of their breasts sagging.

On a similar note, it is also bad to wear underwear to bed. You know how germs can sneak into water when it sits? It's a similar concept with any sweat or any juice from "down there" sitting.

Wearing a bra to sleep is just a matter of preference. It does not cause cancer. It won't keep your breasts from sagging, but it won't make them sag faster either. It does absolutely nothing except make you more comfortable or less comfortable. Some people like it, some don't.

No, it's not. In fact, you should wear a bra to sleep because that acually gives it shape and it holds it up so your breasts don't sag. Also, you shouldn't sleep with underwear because your vagina needs to breathe. I know, freaky, right?

No, and I feel more comfortable with one on. I have a D cup, so I need them to stay in place. Also, it seems like I am not sagging as most women my age (30). I have one on 24/7(unless I'm in the shower).

No but it's nice to give your chest a break- and it feels more comfortable! In my opinion at least. But you just do whatever feels comfortable. As long as it's a clean bra.

I used to sleep in my bra when I was younger. I have heard it can give you breast cancer. But no one really knows.

No, just make sure the one you wear to sleep in is very comfortable and NOT tight.
