I don't know what you mean by a "Perfect Season" but that sounds like a winner to me.

A perfect season in a season of 162 games is simply not a tenable idea. You've wondered about that one before, and I'd suggest dropping the concept completely.
There have been inside the park grand slams, and there really are only of interest in the cities of the two teams involved, and to hardcore baseball fans. The same is true of unassisted triple plays. In fact, most people have no idea what has happened when they see one.
Perfect games are slightly more common that are unassisted triple plays, but they make the headlines. Actually, any no-no makes the headlines, but a perfect game grabs the attention of just about anyone.

A perfect season for a starting pitcher would be hyped up all season long. There would be fans and sports writers hoping he finished the season without a loss and others hoping he lost it. I know I'd be rooting for the pitcher as long as it isn't Clemens.
An unassisted triple play would make headlines for a day. I think there was one this season already.
An inside the park grand slam would be very cool but in today's game pretty much impossible because nobody runs the base paths well and you would need a lot of speed on base. If it happened I'd say it would be second on this list.
A perfect game would make headlines for a few days, but not as much as the perfect season or inside the park grand slam.

No such thing as a team having a perfect season in the majors. Inside the park grandslam has happened, but it's more luck then skill. A perfect game however takes an ungodly amount of concentration and skill. Perfect games happen, it's just fact, but for a pitcher out their by himself facing batter after batter, not hitting a one of them, no walks, perfect play by his team to not let anyone see 1st base....well, that's just a thing of beauty. Boring to watch maybe, but beautiful.

an inside the park Grand slam is nearly impossible, unless you have Jose Reyes, Shane Victorino, Juan Pierre, on base, and some one super fast like the guys listed above batting. and then the outfield makes a millions mistakes. but i still think it actually has happened probably

A perfect season. 162-0 would probably take up most of the sports section of the newspaper. As improbable as it is, it would be all over the news for weeks leading up to it and weeks after it. Probably even bigger news would be if that team didn't win the World Series.
