I have no idea. Somehow they think it's OK because it's family. Like we automatically have to extend courtesy and understanding. Somehow it's better and easier to screw over family b/c we have to forgive you. No morals. No ethics. Sad.

Damn...what a great question. I believe that family will do you wrong faster because they figure you will always be there, regardless of what happens.

Because family is blood and most people think their family will always forgive them no matter what they do. As the old saying goes, we hurt those we love the most.

Because you can pick who your friends are but you can't pick your family. Family thinks they can push your buttons more and be forgiven easier just because they're family..

Because families can have their own "agenda" where friends have a personal relationship that is indicative of their desire to be a part of the friendship...
