i put a new front tire on my dirt bike 90/90-21, it is all set except for a little bit of the bead. it is sealed and doesnt leak air but it has a bit of a bounce when i ride now. looking into it about a 5 inch section of the bead is not set. my friend told me to put like 60 psi in it until it pops into place, even tried dawn dish soap and wd-40 still no luck. anything i am missing?

You shouldn't use wd-40 but bar soap or dish soap is good because it goes away after awhile. Let the air out, lubricate the bead, and reinflate. You can go up to 60lbs if you have to in order to pop the bead. Just remember to let some out before riding. I run aroun 10 lb's in the mud and 12 in harder dirt. You may have a bent rim if you don't get it after a couple tries. A compressor helps. I do this frequently and never pull the valve apart.

It's best if you do this with the wheel off the bike.
Remove the tube's valve core to let out all the air.
Loosen the lock nut on the tube all the way (don't remove it).
Loosen the nut on the rim lock all the way (don't remove it).
Push the rim lock into the tire.
Break the bead of the tire away from both sides of the rim.
Push the tire into the rim as far as it will go on both sides (especially at the rim lock).
Lube the tire beads. WD-40 is fine.
With the tube's valve core out, fill with air until both beads of the tire are fully seated,
Reinstall the valve core.
Adjust the tire PSI
Tighten the lock nuts.

I agree with Tim. 700c tires that can only go to 70 psi are a extrange thing and they might be mounted on weak rims. If you put tires that go up to 115 psi the rim could fail. On the other hand, 700c x25 are pretty slim and fast. You could go to x23 and unless you are racing not notice a thing. In theory, they make as narrow as x18 but I have never seen nor found one. I ride x23, Continental 4000 and in last 2,500 miles not a single flat.
