i don't think its a taboo ... in some culture your applaude for it.. on a positive note at least if that person is a virgin you don't have to worry about that person contracting those STDs or even AIDS...

not being too old fashioned i still expect my future partner to be a virgin too.. hehehe

I don't think that virginity is as common as it once was, but I don't think that "older" virgins are looked down upon. I think that they are making a life decision in waiting for the right person. I think it's something to be admired. A lot of people really regret their first time, and wish that they waited like other people.

PLease keep your viginity. I am not a prude, but there are far too many unwanted babies in this world. Virginity is something special and should be held dear. The "one" should be the only one to share that experience with. I have a 6 year old daughter and I will stress to her that her body is a temple and should not be given up to just anyone.

In my opinion,I don't see what the big deal is.But if someone was a virgin past 25 yrs old,I would find that a bit odd.
