I did once... I asked a lady what form I needed for something, she was very nice, and got the form for me and everything.
She must have been new.

I tried to ask a simple question but the answer they gave sure didn't sound like I had asked a simple question. I think she was just trying to talk about anything until she was done doing the paperwork for me that way she could get me out of there faster.

In our state there is no such thing as a simple question (or answer).
I have never been in a state where so many people cannot follow simple instructions or understand them. And I'm talking about Americans.
