About forty feet. Few bumps and bruises but nothing serious because I was the second person up the cliff behind my more experienced best mate. His ability to put climbing protection in with friends and nuts is phenomenal. Had it not held, it would have been about another hundred feet with a particularly final stop at the bottom.
That's why I don't climb with anyone else. I trust him implicitly.
And into numerous holes, ditches and rocks whilst blind drunk. But thats fun!

I was winter-climbing near Mt. Whitney when I became separated from the cliff I was climbing up. I think it must have been about 50 feet. I hit the snow bank below and was not hurt but I do remember thinking while I was falling "I seem to be falling for a long time, I sure am picking up speed" but it takes longer to say that than to think it. I don't think it was much over 50 feet. Still, if it hadn't been for the snow bank, SPLAT.

umm i think the furthest Ive fallen was off that ride in the amusement parks, u not the one where its a big sailing ship that rocks back and forth and all around in the air? i was sanding up, and the straps weren't on properly i guess, so i fell, i was sooo scared, i broke my fall with my arms, and shattered the bones, luckily, i probably would have died if i fell on my chest....

literary, over my dog's fence you know those room separators to keep your kids or pets in one room. I still don't know how I fell I lifted my feet too soon & before I realized I was going into the floor first grabbinbg the lamp into the floor with me, I had the phone on the other hand, thank god I was on hold, other wise it would have been really embaressing, with all the noise! This was like 3 months ago though.

I was thrown off a horse a good ten feet into the air and came down on the road. Don't remember anything leading up to it, just remember waking up lying on the road with a fractured coccyx and jaw. Seriously painful

My family and I went to the beach 3 years ago...and we were on the 4th floor of the elevator when something broke and we crashed to the ground floor. The whole elevator split in half and my husband had one of the kids and I had the other. We were stuck there for like 4 hours.......it was really bad..nobody was really hurt badly, but it was a 4.5 floor drop.

Well, in a dream I once fell two miles. I dreamed I was engulfed in a giant wave, I resurfaced at the top, and in an instant...the water was gone. I found myself free falling to the earth. I woke up before impact, as usual.
