Food Network question?

Do you ever watch Food Network and critique it? Like "I can make that better!" or "I have that exact same pan!"?

Well, anything from Rachael Ray I could make better! My son has Le Creuset pans and a lot of chefs use them on Food Network. I do wonder why so many chefs on the shows wear so much jewelry. It's not very sanitary.

Definitely. Love the programmes. Living Channel is good too.

What really annoys me, is paying good money at a restaurant for food I can cook or bake better!

Yes! All the time...sometimes they do things that seem unpractical, or much to hard to do at home. They also use all these devices and gadgets, when thiers simpler things... plus, my grilled cheeses are better than any of thiers will ever be lol

I can't watch that channel. maybe iron chef and alton brown, but that's it.. the rest of it is just so bad. to critique it would take so long. I mean, there's violations left and right, bad technique, no bueno.

i like Giada, Ina Garten and Sandra Lee, Bobby Flay's Throwdown is large, and Iron Chef. My maximum up-to-date fav is the unusual meals prepare and Ace of tarts. My husband is a pastry chef and he loves the foodstuff demanding situations -exceptionally the marriage tarts, sugar and pastry ones.

my critique is always Sandra lee semi-homemade she always makes a cocktail with her food and not usually the virgin kind. She is always having a little nip with dinner.

I do. I cook a lot of from those shows. I also have Rachel Ray's knives and love them.
