You are correct...in general a virgin is someone who has not had sex. And in our day and age, anal sex does apply here as well. And Oral Sex I would believe should fall in that catagory too.

Although you can not get pregnant from anal or oral sex, you can contract or pass on diseases. So if a doctor askes you that question....you might want to have them clarify.

For a woman, technically, a virgin means you have not had normal intercourse. If you've had anal intercourse, your hymen is not yet broken and thus you are still a "virgin." But this is a gray area. Having oral sex = still a virgin.

For a man, normal and anal intercourse = not a virgin.
