Please help. I'm a court reporter who took a two-day Scientific Committee Meeting last week. I'm having a heck of a time with a word that sounds like, "upper-es-tu-lawns" I can't seem to find it on dictionary.com or on a general search on Google. Any and All Help Would Be Appreciated!

THANK YOU!

It might help if you could indicate which syllables were stressed and unstressed. Also, what was the specific topic being discussed at the time? (That could help narrow the areas of jargon that apply.)

EDIT: Never mind. I think Yahzmin has nailed it.
