I have every kind of antibiotic cream available over the counter, I have a 10 year old super-athlete. Now do you need a water-proof bandage, finger-tip, knuckle, or what, I have them all. Papercuts are a pain. They hurt so bad, and are so small.

It hurts because the edges rub together.
A bandaid won't help, in fact it makes it worse.
Glue it shut.
Pinch the two halves together and put some non-toxic glue on it. Once it's sealed, no more hurt.

nah just clean it out with plain water and let it get some air. Minor wounds always do better that way.
