Probably nothing,,,depending on the fabric. Watch out for shrinkage!!!!!

They could -
1] shred
2] shrink
3] shrink at different rates, so liner and drape are not same size - they will be 'bunchy'.
If you do decide to wash the, use cold water, gentle cycle, gentle detergent, and look up fabric composition for drying.
I HAVE washed 'dry clean only drapes', but only if I could afford to replace them.

wash them on a wool wash this way it is a slow wash & will not spin as hard so's not to shrink them.
I do this with mine & they come out just fine.
I do not iron or nothing like that, I just hang them back up while damp & the weight or the drapes basically pulls out any creases.

Well if you wash them in cold water they might be okay, but I think they might shrink, best take them to the dry cleaner´s

Nothing will hapen if you wash them in cold and in the gentle cycle.

you will ruin them it happened to me years ago ,unless you want to change them it's up to you . I rather buy fabric that I can wash myself now!
