She could be short, tall, fat, skinny, ugly - whatever the case - WHY would her flirting get you angry and ruin your mood?

I like it as long as it's "harmless" flirting, I do wear a wedding ring, you know.
But even if it went to far I would not get angry or let it ruin my mood, I would mention that I am married in a lighthearted yet pointed way, and we would both have a laugh and tame it down.
I've said it before and all was well afterwards.

That's the same thing as asking why can't guys accept lies...most guys can spot a lie a mile away...try a sicere compliment and that might work better than flattery

Where is she? I prefer the flattery and a woman coming up to me. Cut the mustard. It shows that she's already interested without the guessing game.

The guys that doesn't like it are idiots.

it shouldn't, he should be happy. he may not act upon it, but he should get happy that someone thought that he was OK to flirt with. I get it all the time but I don't act on it, I smile back or what ever and it makes my day a little better for a moment.

Because if he is in front of his friends it could be quite embarrassing. I guess it depends on your age and maturity level. Me I take a compliment any way it comes.

hey all flattery and flirting is welcome. A lot of women won't accept compliments saying they are sexist.
