I don't think Markie is very feminine. How about Marketta or Markettie? I had a girl in my psychology class named Markettie and I always thought it was very neat!
I am not a fan of Macy Ambrielle, but Jessalyn is sort of nice. I'd prefer Jessamine or Jessamyn, though.
Some other ideas (feel free to mix and match names):
Aria Gwendolyn
Alessa Nicole
Arabella Waverly
Annika Jade
Audra Markettie
Brynna Alexandra
Carys Eliana
Celeste Josephine
Cordelia Violet
Dahlia Taylor
Eliza Ruby
Eliana Pearl
Gemma Nicolette
Ivy Francesca
Jocelyn Fiona
Jordana Rosette
Laurel Madeline
Maren Alessandra
Mila Anastasia
Paige Caterina
Ruby Evangeline
Scarlett Frances
Sophie Jessamine
Valerie Jessamyn
Willa Charlotte
Zahra Lily

If you're going for unique, then I would lose any name ending in a 'lyn' sound, as those are one of the biggest trends right now. Also, that goes for boys names on girls and the 'aden' names (examples are Jaden, Hayden, Peyton, Caeden, etc).
I think Jesalyn has a nice sound, so how do you feel about Jessamine? It's a valid variation of the slightly overused Jasmine, and has the same style and sound as Jesalyn. Even just Jessa sounds classier and less common than Jesalyn. Jocelyn is another option. It may blend into the crowd of little ___-lyns out there, but at least it's a legit name, and has the aborable nickname possibilities of Joss and Josie.
Good luck to you!

Markie is ok, but what happens when you have a son to name after the father?
I like Lyric, Bennett, Paige
I like strong girl's names . Olivia, Geneva, Elizabeth,~~names that grow up with them.
It's hard to take seriously a 50 year old Amber, Jade, Pootsie, Trixie, Heaven, Tuesday and other silly names.
I have known a DOCTOR named Feather-
And old lady named Birdie. A little girl named "Empress." OMG
Cute when they were babies=no longer funny.
Try to resist the temptation to use goofy spellings. It drives people crazy having to correct other people all the time.
Had I had girls, they would have been Geneva and Jessica.
