Stephen Flemming only retired from the ODI's so he is still test captain. The ODI captain hasn't been announced yet as I dont think they dont have any ODI matches for a while but it will most likely be Daniel Vettori and he was also the vice captain.

Stepher Fleming has stepped down from the captaincy of only ODI Sqyuad and he is still Captain of New Zeland Cricket Team for Test.
New Captain for ODI has not yet been appointed as New Zeland had no One Day Match after the World Cup till now.
Indications are in favour of Daniel Vettori becoming the Captain of the ODI Squad,though I consider ScottStyrish as a better choice for captaincy.

Fleming is still the ODI and Test captain since no new captain has been announced.
Fleming declared he was standing down as ODI captain.
Daniel Vettori will be the next ODI captain, he has been groomed for a couple of years.
I think there is a chance the NZ selectors will give Vettori the Test captaincy too, they should do,
it would be profoundly stupid to have 2 captains.

stephen fleming have retired form one day only but he is still captain of test cricket i think new captain of New zealand should be scot styris.

Stephen fleming has retired only only from one day captaincy so he is still the test captain whereas for one day it has not been yet announced but i am 100% sure that it will be Daniel vettori.
