What are popular things to do in Lake Tahoe during Summer months?

Recommendations for Horseback riding as well as Rafting would be appreciated.

On the Nevada side, the Ponderosa ranch is a must see. They offer horseback riding and it is awesome! There is also hiking, you can rent scooters and ride about, the lake is SO cold, so really cannot help you on water activities. I enjoyed laying on the big rocks sunning myself like a spoiled cat! lol
