everyone could work for the betterment of all, the law breakers could do the hardest/worst jobs and i'm not talking about anything like communism or anything but there shouldn't be such a wide gap between the "have's and have nots"

There will always be a section of mankind who want to control the wealth, be it money or power, to force the others to do their buiding.

It will never be any other way because we have fooled ourselves to long living for material things.

You'd never find enough kind people to fill this society and there would be limits to what your community could provide. You'd be living like settlers.
