I still do! I have a large collection.
My favorites include:
The Poky Little Puppy
The Color Kittens
The Monster at the end of this Book
My Little Golden Book About God
The Neatos and the Litterbugs Mystery of the Missing Ticket
The Bear and the Boat
The Golden Egg Book
Little Cottontail
The Tawny Scrawny Lion
I am sure there are more that I can't think of at the moment!

Yes, my mother collects Golden Books and has hundreds of them. My favorite was the smaller version called A First Little Golden Book and is titled Polite Elephant. It is a book about being polite, explaining manners with both animals and people.

Absolutely! Pokey Little Puppy, the one about the Lion, and the Golden books with Mickey Mouse, and other Disney stories were among my favorites.
I have a collection for my children and grandchildren as well.

Wow, I enjoyed those Golden Books! I grew up in manhattan city and we shopped at Bohak's food market. that they had a cord rack with the books on it and my mom and that i could p.c.. out new books a week as quickly as we did the grocery procuring! thank you for the reminder of a huge memory! My favorites have been: Scuffy the Tug e book, My Kitten, The Pokey Little domestic dog. yet another one I enjoyed yet isn't %precise now, became into Little Black Sambo. (i'm going to guess it somewhat is out of print) yet I enjoyed that e book! the better area became into examining those self same books with my little ones 30 years later!

Yay, someone else remembers them. I used to love those books. I had the entire collection, but my favorite was "The little Red Hen."
