Yes but only because if people don't like me and put me down I do not need to around them lol also it helps my friends with low self confidence to blossom, even if it means making a fool of myself. After all we only live once enjoy it :)

I'd say average; sometimes it goes down & feel self consious. While other times I'm super confident.
