I would stop being impatient and stop wondering what he feels about me and just wait; I'd continue on staying in touch and never try to make him uncomfortable by showing my true feelings. I'd just wait, while carrying on my routine and not be anything more than a good friend unless he makes it clear that he's interested in more than friendship...
