I stayed 5 days when I had my section with my twins. I had a couple complications and the nurses kinda fudged some results so I could stay longer with my girls (who stayed 5 days as well). At least three days though. Best of luck.

Only about 3 days if everything goes well. There wont be any pain the day you have the c- section but the next day it will hurt like hell!! The pain will stay for a couple more days but thats about it. Good Luck hope this helps **

it depends on the hospital and your insurance. our hospital only requires that you stay 48 hours after a c-section. not sure if that would be effected by twins or not. you can stay as long as your insurance will cover though.

3 to 4 days. Insurance will cover up to 4 days. That's assuming you don't have any complications.
