OK SO WE ARE DRIVING AROUND IN THE CITY OF BELLAIRE , TX LOOKING FOR MEXICAN RESTAURANT HE SAYS SERVES DELICIOUS FOOD. WELL ANY WAY MY BOYFRIEND SAID HE KNEW WHERE HE WAS GOING. THEN HE DECIDES TO TELL ME HE DOESNT KNOW WHERE WE ARE. SO LIKE DUMB ASSES WE GET LOST. I GET OFF AT A GAS STATION AND ASK FOR DIRECTIONS (JUST LIKE A WOMAN TO ASK). SO HEAR I AM TRYING TO FIND MY WAY. HE DOESNT SAY A WORD THE WHOLE TIME I AM GOING IN CIRCLES. COME TO FIND OUT HE KNEW EXACTLY WHERE HE WAS . HE JUST WANTED TO SEE WHAT I WOULD DO. I WAS SO MAD . I COMPLETELY BLEW UP ABOUT THE SITAUTION. HE SAID I WAS BLOWING IT OUT OF PROPORTION. I CERTAINTLY DONT THINK I WAS. WELL LET ME TELL I AM STILL UPSET ABOUT THIS. Are you sure he knew where he was? Men are pretty egotistical and 9 times out of 10 they wont admit they are lost You are a woman, so its OK for you to ask for directions....lol. It was only after you got the directions and went around in circles did he say he knew where he was all the time. I think it sounds pretty suss.....I dont think he knew where he was at all and only told you that to protect his macho pride. It's stupid, but many men are like that. Dont get angry....try to see the funny side. Tell him you know exactly what he was up to and you know damn well he was lost...he just didnt want to admit it.

I know you want someone to agree with you about that being a "wrong" thing to do, but it sounds like he was just kidding around with you. Maybe he was just "testing" you. Seeing if you freaked out in situations or if you kept your cool, you can't say that you've never said something or done something just to see how they would react. I know i have done it a bunch, but men are so dumb, they can never figure that stuff out. If you feel hurt or like you were wronged than don't let it go. Talk to him about how it made you feel for him to do that. If he won't atleast apologize then maybe you should think about what kind of guy you have.

You should! No one likes to drive around in circles for fun. Besides being hungry and cranky. And he probably was lost and doesnt want to feel dumb in front of you. Hes an idiot! You drive next time or get a new bf!

let it go its not the end of the world if you blowing up over something that small what would you do over something big guys test women like that to see what you will do it doesnt make him a jerk but he is having second thoughts about being with you i know i would already be looking for another woman

I'd let it go. Now if this is something that would take place again, I'd let him know that it's rude and disrespectful to get you guys in a situation like that when he knows better. This is not to degrade you, but when i've had something like that happen, trust me, I am very aware of my surroundings and where I am, you know? That way you won't lose your sense of direction. I'm usually able to get myself out of sticky situations one way or the other.

I think he was testing you. Maxim and other mags tell guys to do this all the time and "interpret" how their girlfriend acts. Personally, I think it was a jerk thing to do. Next time he needs directions to somewhere, give him the wrong ones, or a wrong phone number, or the wrong time to meet you. Tell him you were just testing him. See how funny that is to him.

How irritating. Who the heck has such time to play such a dumb game with you. I do not get it. Does he often play senseless mind games with you????? It's not like it's unforgiveable, I just would really want to know what his motivation behind it is. For me, I would just be real irritated and not have one bit of patience for it. It sounds really immature.

If it was me, I'd be pissed. I mean,w hen it comes to food, damn it i want food. If we spent minutes, hours looking for something he knew all along where it was, of course I'd be pissed, but eventually let it go, after nagging to him about it. (He knows I love food.) So..go ahead and nag..bother him about it..but let it go after a while. That's what I do, and go on living with our lives, its not a big problem. I'd just be very pissed he would do that if he knew I was hungry. =3

let it go, maybe he just wanted to spend more time with you. i dont see what the life altering deal is with this. its actually kind of funny (sorry)
take it as a compliment, at least he wasnt trying to hurry you through dinner and get rid of you :)
