That's a hot topic. I have a physical problem because I've been hit in several auto accidents. Hardly a day goes by without a reminder, especially when the weather changes. Instead of sitting on my behind, drawing disability and complaining, I work for a living. Besides the low-life's being on disability, the ones with children that I know are poor parents. The ones that are supposed to have a (mental)disability, should be out cleaning up roadsides or doing something besides sitting around the house eating junk food, drinking and smoking.

Disability is based on how much money you have paid in. I believe it is fair, as long as the person truly has a disability.

I think it's a shame that people who need and deserve do not always get it, because of people that are sponging off the system. It seems like the more you need it the harder it is to get and the less you need it, the easier it is to get it.

I guess it comes down to the people who abuse programs, know how to use them better :(

I don't think it's fair to judge someone who is on a disability pension, they are on it for a reason.Yes there are some people on disability who can work, but not many. It's getting extremely difficult to fool the system.I have an Uncle on a disability pension for mental health issues. He only receives
929 Canadian dollars a month.

Funny, I couldn't wait to get better so I could go back to work, because I make about 5 times more working, than I did when I was receiving disability. I also didn't receive free medical. I had to pay more for my insurance on disability than I do now that I work. I know some people on disability receive Medicaid, I didn't. They told me I made to much to get it, which sucked because I didn't get more than $700 a month, and I believe that's almost poverty level. Sort of hard to work out rent, insurance, gas/electric, and take care of my son.

I think it depends on the circumstances. The disability, if they can work another position part-time, if they are drawing off they claim or that of a parent...

definite, I do think of it truly is honest. once you're sufficiently old to flow out, you will possibly desire to do it & see how unfair existence somewhat is! sometime you will no longer have your mom that may be useful you out once you like it. you will possibly desire to savour her while you may & tell her the variety you experience on the subject of the money subject. consistent with hazard she would have the ability to describe issues to you in a fashion which you will sometime come to understand. existence is hard era. Disabled human beings (i'm one too), somewhat have some extra reward than "ordinary" human beings do. while you're working for pocket money, i desire you're reporting it as extra earned earnings. otherwise, you're committing an act of fraud! consistent with hazard your dad and mom might desire to easily turn you out into the streets to discover a homeless once you're of criminal age. this way, you may talk approximately homeless those with genuine existence journey, extremely of tongue-in-cheek.

As a nurse to my knowledge people on medical disability don't make a lot of money. But if I am mistaken, as a working person I am appalled that I work hard to carve out a living to support myself and my family

Is it fair some people are in jail for things they did not do. Is it fair if a child molester changes that they are still kept under watch. Is it far for a mother to kill her children and plead insanity. Is it fair George Bush is our president.

Life is unfair
