do people ask questions just to ask quesitons.
maybe they want to see what answers they get.
random, weird, funny, sad. idk.
it just seems to me they want to just pick a best answer.

This is the first question that I have answered. I have only asked questions when I really need help with a problem. I'm sure that asking questions and answering them can become addictive. Maybe people just like trying to help other people. That's why I joined. To have other people's opinions available at all hours of the day....that's a pretty resourceful tool.

Sometimes I ask questions because I need an answer.
Sometimes I ask questions because I've always been curious about something, but it's not really that important.
Sometimes I ask questions to make people think about how hateful and inconsiderate they are, though I'm sure it never works.
And sometimes I ask questions just to put my opinion out there, hopefully it will stick in someone's head.

some people just do it for points or if they don't care then like you said then they probably just do it to see the answers that they will get. but it depends some people really do need help. but if the question is are you a boy or girl or do you like candy then it does not seem like they want an answer.

people that ask questions JUST TO ASK are those who feel good inside knowing that someone out there is responding to what they have to say. Their all probably attention deprived. I don't feel bad for them, it's like, "Shut up and get a life---nobody cares if you think Big Foot exists or not, find something better to do with your time."

I agree! I only ask questions when I have a good one. I usually just want to make people think critically or creatively.
Too many stupid questions are asked on here, people need questions that make them think :)
