Down and away or up and in to most hitters. Just don't throw it down the middle or you won't last long in the bigs.

There is no best location. To be successful you need to change location and change speeds. Doing so keeps the batter off balance and increases the effectiveness of the pitcher. Otherwise batters will adjust when they see the pitcher continuously pitching to certain location.

Depends on who you're pitching to. But if I had to choose one for ALL batters, it would be up & in. Not many people (if any) can hit a home run with the thinnest part of the bat.

Low and Away...if he doesn't sit ontop of the plate.
Since he's away from the plate...he may not be able to reach the ball with anything left in his bat. He may only be able to make contact with nothing behind his swing.
But if he's a plate hogger like Barry Bonds...High and Inside. Almost on his hands. Don't let him extent his arms.
If you hit him...brush it off. Now he knows that your not afraid to come inside and a batter that shows fear to the pitcher is almost a guaranteed out.

It completely depends on the hitter you are pitching to. Some guys you throw a fastball high, others you throw it low and in etc... depends

If your a pitcher, low and away is best location, as a hitter, well I think thats obvious, middle up.
