If you would like to try Bikram yoga, I recommend Bikram's Yoga College.

The beginning class is 90 minutes long and in a room that is 105+ degrees. (Typical for Bikram).
I have also heard that Yogasource is very good.

You should type Yoga in Yahoo Local.
There is a place in Dogtown, another on Grand near Aresenal and a 3rd at Jamieson and Flyer..just to name three off the top of my head. You didn't mention where in St Louis you are looking??
