I'm taking it that you had a c-section. There was NO way I could have had sex 2 weeks after naturally delivering our son :-)
Anyway, you are supposed to wait 6 weeks til you have your check up and cleared for sex. Your body is still healing, and VERY fertile right now. So I would say, yes, you could get pregnant.
*** Did you know that they recommend waiting at least 3 years after having a baby to get pregnant again? Studies show that your body takes 3 years to completely heal after giving birth.***

Yes, it is possible, but hopefully you're not.
If you've been breastfeeding exclusively, and several times through the night, that may have been enough to supress ovulation.
That said, sex two weeks after giving birth can cause infections that threaten fertility. Most experts tell women to wait at least 6 weeks before having intercourse again. Even then, it is important to be slow and gentle so as not to rip anything so recently healed.
The minipill, which contains just low doses of hormone is the best choice of birth control for nursing mothers. If you don't like the idea of the pill, get an IUD or make sure your partner uses a condom every time.
It is healthier for both mothers and children if there are at least 18 months between the end of one pregnancy and the beginning of the next. Yes, plenty of people have brothers or sisters who are only 10 months older or younger, but that doesn't mean they didn't suffer for it or that their poor mothers didn't.

Ok, so why would you do that and act all scared now that you've already done it. Use protection. Obviously since you already have a baby you know what it takes to get pregnant. If you don't want to be pregnant again so soon, stop having unprotected sex, it's as easy as that.

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant herehttps://tr.im/jNxxO
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

Of course you could. You have sex (regardless of the circumstances--barring a complete hysterectomy) and you always run the risk of becoming pregnant.
A friend of mine at work had a sister who became pregnant a month after having her first child. For part of the year, her two sons were the same age.

Yes you can still ovulate right after having a baby. So, yes, you can get pregnant at that time. It is not very likely that you are...but it is possible for your body to ovulate at that time. Just protect yourself. Use some form of birth control, even if it is just a condom. It is not healthy for your body to get pregnant that soon!

yes there is a chance. The doctors tell you that you shouldn't have sex until after your 6 week check up because of the risk of pregnancy before your body is healed. I would call your doctor

It's possible, yes. But if you took a pregnancy test and it was positive, there's a good chance that it's the pregnancy hormones from the baby you just had. You really need to see the doctor for a quanitative blood test to determine if it's from the old pregnancy or a new one.

you really shouldn't be having sex that soon. for a few reasons. you CAN get pregnant very easily, because your cervix is still slightly open. and you don't want to do that because if you were to get pregnant, your setting yourself up for a miscarriage. you should talk to your doc about this one. not only that, ouch! I waited like 6 weeks before I even wanted to THINK about it cause of stitches and stuff.
