Check the memory, try removing it and reinstalling it, if you have more than one stick, remove each one and try them separately in each slot, if you still cant boot up then you rmobo might be fried

Most probably your ram is having some problem, remove ram and clean it and the slot and reinsert it.. Check with another ram module

have the power supply checked....i think it could be bad. there are many sections of the power supply. the 12 volt section may be working, but the cpu may not be getting power.
