Gladiator when he was floating towards Val Hala to meet his wife after his death. Also the "Last Samurai" when they annihilated the Ninja with the gatalin gun and bowed to the race of people they just killed as a gesture of respect.

I very rarely cry watching films but four have managed it:
Hotel Rwanda and Schindler's list make me cry because they are based on real life events. Schindlers list makes me cry every time when I watch it when you see the real survivors at the end walking past with the people who played them in the film. Just thinking that they actually went through what you have just watched is very powerful.
The third is called 'In America' and is a story about a family who move to america to get over the loss of their little boy
The other one (bizarrely) is the remake of 'Miracle on 34th street' where everyone believes in Santa Claus
I watch 3-4 films a week so this is a pretty small perecentage of all the films i have seen.
I challenge you to wtach these and not cry.

Unfortunately, yes. I've been known to cry with joy and with sadness over what happens in films. Moulin Rouge made me cry. So did Disney's Beauty and the Beast, as well as a few other ones. As a straight male, it's entirely inappropriate.

Try, "The Man in the Moon", it was Reese Witherspoon's first movie. If it doesn't make you cry, nothing will. I bawled my eyes out at the theater, on a first date. And my date was very understanding (even asked me out again), said he teared up himself.
Also, Titanic made me cry for about 2 hours after the thing was over. I have never watched it again although it was a great movie.

Yes,I've cried twice at films.Once for" E.T "at the moment when you think the creature has died.As usual, there was a happy ending. However the other time was for "The Wild Geese " when Richard Harris is killed by Richard Burton who in turn has'nt much choice.
