5(t+2)^2 = 3/5
(t+2)^2 = 3/25
t+2 = + or - (sq rt 3)/5 (square root both sides)
t = -2 plus or minuus (sq rt 3)/5

5(t+2)^2=3/5
(t+2)^2 = 3/5/5 = 3/25
t+2 = sqrt(3/25)
t = sqrt(3)/sqrt(25) - 2
Solution:
t = sqrt(3) / 5 - 2
t = (sqrt(3)-10) / 5

those two solutions are the same, just written a little differently.

5(t+2)^2=3/5

divide thru by 5
(t+2)^2=3/(25 )

Take the square root of both sides
(t+2) = +-√(3/(25 ))

(t+2) = +-√(3)/5

t = -2 +-√(3)/5
.
